Just because the Fitness Center is closed doesn’t mean you can’t still work out. We wanted to give you a few resources and tips on some workouts that you can do from home. Here are a few examples:Pick a couple exercises and set a time. A minute of squats, a minute of plank, and a minute of lunges. Three times through. Pick three of the exercises above and do a circuit. Start at 10 reps and work your way down to 1. So do 10 jumping jacks, 10 high knees, 10 pushups. Then do 9 jumping jacks, 9 high knees, 9 pushups. Work your way down until you are doing 1 jumping jack, 1 high knee, and 1 pushup. Three times through.Pick a number. 100 pushups, 100 crunches, 50 Leg Raises, 50 Jumping Jacks.Do what you are comfortable doing, but don’t be afraid to push yourself. You have a lot of options to work with. Don’t forget that just a walk around the neighborhood can go a long way. Use the internet. There is a ton of information out there about home workouts and how to exercise when you are working from home.
