Week 1- Monday, March 23- Friday, March 27Hello y’all! It’s been sooo long! I miss y’all and I hope everyone has been healthy and great! We are going to be having classes over the internet and on computers for a short while. The wonderful thing about this is that I know y’all are COMPUTER EXPERTS! Make sure you walk your parents through the steps, because they are the ones who won’t know what is going on, haha!Writing and Grammar Lessons:Parents, I have left the hyperlinks attached, if you’d like to access the site in that manner. REMEMBER WE HAVE TO DO THESE BY WEDNESDAY- we will lose access after that. 4th Graders:I know this class loves IXL, so here you go! These are practice runs on things we have covered in class. Just try to get to 70—this will get you an A for the work. If you want to challenge yourself more, YAY!! Go for the 100! Another super important reminder—DO NOT JUST CLICK FOR FUN! I WILL LOOK AT HOW MANY QUESTIONS YOU ANSWERED. If you are reading WHY you got the question wrong (just like we do in class) you won’t get that sort of question wrong again and then again. So what will it tell me if you tried 120 questions but just got a score of 70? Probably that you weren’t paying attention to the explanations. Remember, this is about learning and practicing things we have already reviewed in class. Nothing here is new- so there’s no real reason to go into those many questions! This is supposed to be fun practice!! Make sure you are set to 4th GRADE LANGUAGE ARTS. Scroll down to VOCABULARY. Assignment 1: 4 sectionsCC.
