Because this is a forfeitable citation you are not authorized a court appointed attorney; you may hire an attorney at your own expense. In approximately sixty days you will be required appear before the court at the prescribed date and time for the scheduling conference. At the scheduling conference a bench trial date will be set if this is still your desire. If you proceed with a bench trial your case will be heard by a judge, who will hear all evidence and make the determination regarding your innocence or guilt.

If you fail to appear for your scheduled court date a warrant may be issued for your arrest. Any additional requests must be filed with the court in writing. The court will review your request and notify you in writing once a decision has been made.
