You have imaging facility options

Choose where you go to pay less

To help you save on imaging services, the State of Maine allows you to use any local independent imaging facility for no copay or deductible. Some imaging centers at hospitals are also eligible.

Here is how it works:

1. Call the Member Services number on the back of your ID card for a current listing of independent imaging facilities and qualifying hospital-based centers.

2. Ask your doctor to order your recommended imaging services at one of these locations.

The State of Maine wants to make it easier for you to access care. If you have any questions, please call Member Services.

Find an imaging facility in your plan

Log in to , select Find a Doctor, and follow the steps to search for a facility near you. To see which imaging facilities are covered at the highest level, refer to the back of this flyer or visit the Employee Health & Benefits website at bhr/oeh.

Choose any of these independent imaging facilities in Maine to save on the cost of a scan. You will not have to pay a copay or deductible.
