Commercial Configured Lookup Instructions

1) Open Internet Explorer and type in and hit Enter / Return

2) Enter a valid User Name and Password and then click on the “Submit” button

3) Click on the “Product Equipment Catalog” link

4) Click on the “Commercial Product Lookup” link

Note: The Order Center / Internet Sales Application must be used to determine the factory installed options on units that are configured but have not yet been built.

5) Enter a full or partial model number; (e.g. DM180 or ZZ) no wild card is needed for a partial search.

6) Click on the “Search Button”

7) Note the results, click on the unit of interest, which in this case is an 18 digit “ZZ” model, click on the model.

8) Click the back button to select additional units.

Note: The Commercial Product Lookup application works only for units which have been manufactured; it will not work for units which have been configured but not built.
