When you access User Messages, the system will automatically query all unread messages for the LFPC user id that was used to log into PCMS. To query all messages, read and unread, click [Find] twice. To retrieve a specific message or group of messages, click [Find] and enter data in any field on the screen for a specific search and click [Find]. ................
