County data will automatically populate based on ZIP Code reporting.

Calculate Proration button will appear by

saying yes to proration in the Par 3 Survey Page. Click on

button to calculate proration.

Upon completion, Submit Your ZIP Code Report to

AAM.

To review, save for your records,

export ZIP report to Excel

Delete ZIP Code

Remember to Save often.

Digital Replica/Nonreplica will be reported in total only.

Add New ZIP Code

There should be no differences between ZIP code and Circ Record totals. (Exception: Difference due rounding are acceptable.)

You can toggle between tabs to make any edits either in Survey or Circulation Record.

Proration Reset

If you need to update the circulation record after the ZIP Code has been prorated follow the steps below to reset the proration option.

At the bottom of the Circulation Record Totals page, click on the Survey Page tab to return back to the One-Day-Distribution Survey page.

On the Survey page, change the answer from `Yes' to `No' for Question #5 `Do you want to prorate?' then click `Ok' for ` Do you wish to proceed?' This will delete any previously calculated ZIP code data. Survey page.

4. Click on the Calculate Proration button to recalculate.

Go back to Question #5 `Do you want to Prorate?' and answer `Yes' . Then click on the Circulation Record Totals tab to update.

Update the circulation record then click on the ZIP Code Data Entry tab to reprorate.
