17. Warranty Provisions: Pelton and Crane accepts the Government Warranty clauses 52-212.5 (o)(p) in conjunction with the Pelton and Crane Commercial Warranty and Commercial Conditions in section 52-212.4.
18. Return Goods Policy:
Exchange or unused merchandise must have prior Pelton and Crane authorization, or the merchandise will be returned. Contact Pelton and Crane, 704-588-2126 for appropriate RMA. If a return for credit authorized, 25% restocking fee will be charges on all catalogued items. All standard cabinets will be subject to a 40% return fee plus the cost of any damage repair. All custom and /or special color cabinets will be subject to a $75% return fee plus the cost of any damage repair. If an ordering facility error occurs, the ordering facility will pay the return freight and the return goods are subject to a restocking fee as outlined above.
Any cabinet order cancelled within four weeks of the scheduled ship date may be charged a 40% cancellation fee. Typically, the order is cut within this time frame and construction of cabinet has begun the 40% cancellation fee recovers expenses for the cut material and labor incurred.
Any cabinet order that is changed within three weeks of the scheduled ship date may occur 30% work in progress recovery fee and will be shipped on the next available ship date on or after the new requested ship date. Requested changes to order must be received in writing
For Replacements, Pelton & Crane, warranty policy requires returns of in warranty product/merchandise to be returned within 180 days of replacement. Where a new part is shipped at no charge to the customer, the unused/defective part must be returned within 90 days or charge will be issued for the new part with new 30-day payment terms.

Please mark ALL PACKAGES with valid RMA number. If multiple RMA’S are combined in one return under one tracking number then, a packing slip is required to accompany the shipment. The packing slip must detail the part number, quantity and RMA number.
