Understanding IABC’s professional development tracks

IABC organizes its professional development tracks around seven key areas. The most recent member survey and percentage of members who think each track is most important are provided.

Customizing for Chicago members

There are a few different ways to think about nuances in our local membership relative to the entire association. We have feedback forms that we gather during monthly professional development programs, formal surveys, and data from the IABC Membership Management Area (MMA). MMA is the easiest and most reliable source to start with.
