Pineapple Pretzel Salad

List of Ingredients_______________________________________

1 Cup Pretzel Sticks (crushed)

8 oz. Cream Cheese (softened)

12oz. Cool Whip

20oz. Can Pineapple (drained)

1 Stick Butter (softened)

1 Cup Sugar

Preparation____________________________________________

1st Step: Take 1 cup crushed pretzel sticks, 1 stick of butter (softened not melted), 1/2 cup of sugar and mix them in a bowl. Place ingredients in 9’x13’ pan and bake for 7 minutes at 400 degrees. Cool, then break into small pieces and store in airtight container.

2nd Step: Take Cream Cheese (softened), ½ cup sugar, cool whip and pineapple. Beat cream cheese and sugar, mix in pineapple and cool whip. Add pretzel pieces just before serving.
