January 24, 2018To all agencies not currently paying for kits or testing, this letter is to let you know that WCTP will be changing its current billing format. As of January 15, 2013 we will no longer be able to continue offering free kits and testing. Ordering kits of any kind will mean that your agency will be invoiced, and required to pay for the kits before you receive them. The charges for testing are as follow: UA kits will be $9, that fee covers the basic 8 panel drug screen, and a GC/MS confirmation to confirm any positives from the basic panel, if enough sample was collected to perform a second test. Other drug screens can be added on the submittal form, but will require you to include a check or credit card authorization form with the kit, to cover the extra costs: Methadone- $9 Propoxyphene- $9 ETG- $9 Oxycodone-$9 The credit card authorization form can be found on our website: The 8 panel drug screen includes: Amphetamine Barbituates Benzodiazepines Cocaine Alcohol Opiates PCP THC Creatinine level Saliva kits will be $14, which covers the basic 4 panel drug screen, and any additional testing to confirm a positive from the basic panel. The 4 panel drug test includes: Cocaine Methamphetamine Opiates THC Blood kits will be $9.50, which covers the basic 10 panel drug screen plus alcohol, and additional testing to confirm THC and Amphetamine positives at $9 each, respectively. The 10 panel drug screen plus alcohol includes: Amphetamine Barbituates Benzodiazepines Cocaine Opiates Oxycodone Methadone PCP PPX THC Alcohol Onsites are $3.75 per kit, the boxes come with 25 kits per box Also there is a flat $9 shipping charge no matter how many you order If you have any questions please call Melody Clinton at 777-7449.
