Baby Monkey Bread Muffins

1 pkg refrigerator biscuits

(12 oz pkg - 10 biscuits)

1 tsp cinnamon

2 Tbsp sugar

2 Tbsp butter

6 cup muffin tin

measuring spoons

butter knife

cutting board

small bowl

oven mitts

Preheat oven to 425*

Yield – 6 Muffins

• Cut each refrigerated biscuit into 4 pieces. Use the butter knife to cut.

• Combine the cinnamon and sugar in a small bowl.

• Spray muffin pan with cooking spray.

• Roll each dough piece in the cinnamon and sugar, place 6-7 pieces of coated dough into the muffin sections of the pan.

(Be sure to fill each cup as equally as possible. It is important not to have some monkey breads be big and others small because they will not bake in the same amount of time).

• Cut up the butter with butter knife into small pieces and place the pieces on top of each “cupcake.”

• Optional: sprinkle with raisins.

• Bake for 10-12 minutes.
