Be respectful to players, coaches, umpires, and parents. Cheer on teammates! And know what’s happening in the game.Know and acknowledge the signs as a batter and a baserunner.Help with team equipment.Stay in the dugout! Players will be paired up and will serve as team captains. They will help lead warm ups, help with practice and represent the team at games. We will rotate weeks so everyone has a turn. Parent Expectations Be respectful to players, coaches, umpires, and parents. NEW FOR 2019 – There is a new tri-county rule that parents, players and coaches will get ejected from games if there are incidents. Coaches are responsible for their parents! All coaching during a practice and games should come from the coaches. Parents are welcome and encouraged to cheer. Please stay out of the dugout!Help your daughter be on time ready to go! Parent’s help is welcomed, however, if you are not asked to help during a practice and/or a game, please stay in the background during this time. The fewer distractions the better.
