There are some in the “spookybg” folder or find your own.Take a few photos (full length) of classmate in a pose. Use flash! Get hair out of face as much as possible. In PS, open background. Print preview to be sure it’s not small. Drag classmate over to the monster background and resize.Select the classmate and then add a mask to remove their background.
