COURSE OF STUDY:ECF 9th and 10th grade students will take pre-determined courses that satisfy both high school and FTCC graduation requirements.During the Junior year, ECF students will choose to pursue an Associate of Arts or an Associate of Science degree. Students will begin to have choice in college course selection beginning in their 11th grade year (provided the college courses apply to the A.A. or A.S. degree).State legislation prevents students from obtaining both the A.A. and A.S. degree. ECF students are limited to no more than 64 total credit hours earned at FTCC. Ardmore Hall is closest to the corner of Miller Street and Silas Creek Parkway-South. Our main office is Room 235 in Ardmore Hall. HOURS:Office hours for ECF are 8:00 AM-4:00 PM. High school instructional hours Monday-Thursday are 9:00 AM-3:15 PM. Office and instructional hours end at 3:00 PM on Fridays due to the campus closing at 3:00 PM. CALENDAR:ECF does not follow the traditional WSFCS school calendar. Our calendar is in line with the Forsyth Tech calendar. The ECF school year begins in early August, about three weeks earlier than WSFCS. Our school year concludes in mid-May.TRANSPORTATION:WSFCS provides magnet bus transportation for ECF students.
