• HOMEWORK/QUIZZES: Homework is assigned but not collected. There will be a quiz once a week.

• TESTS: There are 3 tests during the semester. No make-up test will be given.

• FINAL EXAM: The final exam is comprehensive. A student who has taken all 3 tests during the semester need not take the final exam. In this case, course grade will be calculated as the average of Test 1, Test 2, Test 3 and Quiz Total.

• MODE OF INSTRUCTION:

START OF SEMESTER: Online or Face-to-Face, until before Thanksgiving Break.

END OF SEMESTER: Completely Online, after Thanksgiving Break.

• NOTE ON ATTENDANCE: Your failure to attend class (face to face or hybrid or online interactive), engage course material (Online only), or make contact with faculty to adequately explain your absence by the 10th class calendar day of the semester will result in your being administratively dropped from this course. Being dropped from this course may affect your enrollment status and/or your financial aid eligibility.

• GRADING SCALE: A 90-100, B 80-below 90, C 70-below 80, D 60-below 70, F below 60
