they are seen as immature.

_____13. The NC General Assembly chooses the two state senators instead of the

people.

_____14. Washington DC’s popular votes for President and Vice President are not

counted.

_____15. The Senate and House of Representatives approve a pay raise for members

of Congress which will go into effect the next day.

_____16. Electors meet individually instead of in their state capital to decide which

candidate will receive that state’s electoral votes.

_____17. It’s impossible to violate this amendment, since it is the only one that has

been repealed.
