Great Divide Ranch Rules

1. All hunters must check in for orientation prior to their hunt, Check-in details will be provided with the hunter information packet.

2. Upon arrival each hunter and guest must signed a "Release" on file with the office.

3. All hunters will be provided with maps designating hunting and non- hunting areas, access points and suggested areas to hunt.

4. In order to protect habitat, reduce erosion and repair cost, vehicles are not allowed off any ranch road except for parking immediately next to the road.

5. Motorized vehicles must remain on ranch roads. Absolutely no off-road use.

6. ATVs/UTVs and snowmobiles, will only be allowed on designated ranch roads when the weather limits access with 4x4 vehicles.

7. No illegal drugs or alcohol allowed on ranch.

8. No fires will be allowed on ranch property.

9. Camping or overnight stay is not allowed on ranch property.

10. All gates will be left as found.

11. All hunters are permitted to be accompanied by one guest only and must notify ranch ahead of time about their guest. Guest may not be a licensed outfitter nor professional hunter.

12. All hunters are required to abide by all Colorado and federal laws.

13. All hunters shall not drive more than 15mph on ranch property.

14. No road hunting or shooting from a vehicle.

15. No rifle shall be loaded while in vehicle.

16. No hunting of any other species other than what you have a license for will be allowed.

17. No target practice is allowed on the ranch, please be sighted in and ready to hunt when you arrive for check-in.

18. No pre-hunt scouting will be allowed on the ranch.

19. All hunters must abide by all ranch rules. Violation of these rules can and will result in expulsion from the ranch, loss of hunting privileges and possible criminal prosecution. We uphold the highest standards for fair chase and ethical hunting.

20. Hunters are not allowed to use or put up any personal trail cameras.

21. No fishing on the ranch for any reason.

22. No shed or artifact hunting on ranch. If found all items stay on ranch.

23. Processing and animal retrieval of animals is the hunter's responsibility. 24. Any medical issues must be pointed out prior to arrival on ranch.
