Limit Access: Under the ACTION Menu

A new comments section has been added to the Limit Access frame so that user can enter reason why case/referral is marked Sensitive or Sealed.

[pic]

Once a case or referral has been marked as either Sensitive or Sealed, Limited Access will display on the ID page.

The ‘Client Abstract’ will now show ‘Sensitive or Sealed’ on the Referral and Case History pages and other ‘open associated dialog boxes’. This will help the user easily identify which case or referral was marked as limited.

A post-merge exception report will be delivered to counties to indicate which items could not be merged.

For the existing Quarterly and Monthly Duplicate Client report: clients with an Adoption Finalization Date that was entered between the time the report was generated and the time the batch merge executed will now be excluded.

Participation criteria only become mandatory if the service component is Supportive Transition. All participation criteria must be ended in order to add a different service component.
