A Summary

INFORMATION ABOUT THE KING JAMES BIBLE

AND THE PRESERVATION OF THE WORD OF THE SCRIPTURES.

This information is in short a summary why The King James Bible is in fact the eternal words of the Living God prepared by God’s Might Hand of Providence for all the world to know precisely what God said. From it any and all translation work should be done world wide.

1. The King James Bible is “the holy scriptures” (Rom. 1:2; 2 Tim. 3:15) preserved, word-perfect, without error. It has never been proven to have any errors in it.

2. It is written in the international language. This is a repetition of Ecclesiastes 1:9

The thing that hath been, it is that which shall be; and that which is done is that which shall be done: and there is no new thing under the sun.

3. It was authorized by a king and spread by a world power-England.

The thing that hath been, it is that which shall be; and that which is done is that which shall be done: and there is no new thing under the sun.

This is repetition of what happened in the first century with Alexander.

4. It was authorized by a king of a monarchy (Ecc. 8:4).

Where the word of a king is, there is power: and who may say unto him, What doest thou?

5. It was during the Philadelphian period (Rev. 3:7-14). It has the witness of being “holy” and “true.”

(Rev. 3:7)

And to the angel of the church in Philadelphia write; These things saith he that is holy, he that is true, he that hath the key of David, he that openeth, and no man shutteth; and shutteth, and no man openeth;

6. It was written during the period of “brotherly love.” Philadelphia means “brotherly love.”

7. It has the witness of the word of God “kept” (2 times). The phrase the word of

Revelation 3:10 Because thou hast kept the word of my patience, I also will keep thee from the hour of temptation, which shall come upon all the world, to try them that dwell upon the earth.

The “word of God’s patience” is “the scriptures”

Romans 15:4 For whatsoever things were written aforetime were written for our learning, that we through patience and comfort of the scriptures might have hope.

8. It was finished in 1611. The four digits, 1611 add up to 9, the “fruit-bearing” in the Bible.

9. It has the word “translation” mentioned 5 times; 2 Sam. 3:10; Col. 1:13; Heb. 11:5).

By faith we accept its own terms of a translation that a thing can be better AFTER the translation than before.

10. The Bible is a self-contained dictionary which defines its own terms without the help of any other dictionary. Therefore it defines what a translation is which describes that a translation can be better.
