Disabled Access

Any graduate whose parents or other guests are disabled may obtain one special parking and seating permit. For verification of disability, a copy of a handicapped registration or a doctor's certificate will be required. With verification, these permits may be obtained at the Office of the Dean, located on the third floor in Stuart House. This should be done during the two weeks prior to Commencement between 1:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Please call Joan Manna at 617-552-4344 for more information on parking permits.

For Commencement there will be special seating for the disabled at the front of Alumni Field. Other guests are requested not to occupy this reserved area. All buildings being used for Commencement are wheelchair accessible. Please note that BCLS does not have wheelchairs available. Fox Pharmacy of Newton, Massachusetts provides a rental service. Their number is: (617)527-2310.

Directions

Boston College Law School is located in Newton, Massachusetts. The campus is approximately six miles west of the city of Boston. Below are directions from various locations.

From Points North and South:

Take Interstate 95 (Route 128) to Exit 24 (Route 30). Proceed east on Route 30, also known as Commonwealth Avenue, and follow for about six miles to Centre Street, take left. Boston College Law School is located approximately one mile on the left.

From Points West:

Take the Massachusetts Turnpike (Route 90) to Exit 17. At the first set of lights after the exit ramp, take a right onto Centre Street. Follow Centre Street through two set of lights, and Boston College Law School is located on right.

From Downtown Boston:

Take the Massachusetts Turnpike (Route 90) to Exit 17. Take a left over the bridge after

passing the Sheraton Tara Hotel. Take the first right onto Centre Street. Follow above directions from Centre Street. From Logan Airport: Take the Callahan Tunnel to Expressway South. Take Massachusetts Turnpike West to Exit 17. Then follow same directions as from Downtown Boston. Accommodations There is a wide selection of hotels within two to six miles of the Campus. It is strongly recommended that you make reservations as soon as possible to guarantee rooms as this will be a busy weekend in Boston.
