Let’s Get Cookin! Virtual Cooking ClassesWe are passionate about promoting health and wellness while inspiring and motivating people to work together to develop strengths, inspire teamwork and collaboration. Our cooking classes focus on health-conscious plant-based ingredients with quality and flavor at the forefront of every meal our participants make. All our classes are Plant-Based, Organic, Refined Sugar-Free and Gluten FreeClass Duration: 60 minutes (can be shortened with smaller menu offerings)Cost: $200/class, $350/2 classes, $500/3 classes. Set up: Ingredient list sent in advance with links to delivery options. Participants will use Zoom and cook from their kitchens. They can include their family. Judges can be chosen from the company in advance to judge and award the best presentation.Class Options:Meatless MondayMeatless Monday is a global movement that enables people to make positive changes in their diet and their lives by choosing not to eat meat one day a week.
