They have inspired me to even eat shaved (thinly sliced) Brussels Sprouts, baked with real Maple Syrup, Balsamic Vinegar, and add spice: chili & black pepper (may pour off liquid half way in baking and add a little oil to have a crisp product.) They have inspired me to sneak spinach into many sauces & dishes.
