I have enclosed focused 3" x 5" photographs* of the front, side, rear, interior, trunk, and engine compartment showing clearly any and all modiciations. I am submitting a clear and legible photograph or a rubbing of the serial number plate of the vehicle so that the committee can confirm the stated VIN. I understand the photographs are to become a part of the permanent file for the vehicle substantiating authenticity and will not be returned.
