1971 Shoal Creek, Summit, and Shiloh churches hosted the 1971 annual meeting, held October 14-15 with A. Ray Lee as moderator. Luther Carden reported that Memorial and East Highland churches had requested to join the association, and this was approved.[cxcii] All routine reports were upbeat. ................
