SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

PLEASE READ THESE INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY AND SAVE THEM, AS YOU MAY NEED THEM AT A LATER DATE.

1. WARNING: Failure to install and wire fixture in accordance with the National Electrical Codes (NEC), all applicable Federal, State and Local electrical codes, as well as specific UL safety standards for the intended working environment (location/application), may cause serious personal injury, death and or property damage. This product must be installed by a person familiar with the construction and operation of the product and the hazards involved.

2. IMPORTANT NOTE: The safeguards and instructions appearing on this page, are not meant to cover all possible conditions and situations that may occur. It may be understood that common sense, cautions and care are factors which cannot be built into any product. The person who's installing, operating and responsible for the light fixture, must execute these factors.

3. PRECAUTIONS: - Turn off power from the main Circuit Breaker before installing the fixture. - Make sure fixture is grounded per National Electrical Code (NEC). - To help prevent the possibility of electrical shock, the use of rubber sole shoes is recommended. - Use work gloves when handling the fixture to avoid cut or abrasions. - If supply wires are located within 3 inches of the ballast, use wires rated at least 90?C.

Auxiliary tool (not included)

1. FIXTURE PREPARATION: Remove clips from endcaps, then remove lens carefully to avoid damage, by pressing down on the lens at either end and slide it under the metal dimple in the fixture body. Lift up the lens from the opposite end and take it out of the fixture. To return back the lens, slide one end of lens into fixture under- neath the dimple. Insert opposite end into the fixture.Center lens between dimples, then push clips on each endcaps to protect lens following down.

2. FIXTURE WIRING: 1. Ground the fixture by connecting the ground wire (bare or green) to the green screw or ground wire provided in the housing. 2. Connect the black ballast lead to the (Line) by using a wire nut. Connect the white ballast lead to the (Neutral) by using a wire nut.
