INSTRUCTIONS:

Section I: Grades

For each subject area insert the semester final grades for each course.

Section II: GPA

Looking at Section I, add up the total number of each grade and insert these totals. Divide the points by the grades to calculate your NCAA Core GPA

Section III: ACT

Write the highest score earned for each subsection of the ACT and add up the scores to calculate your ACT Subscore.

Section IV: Eligibility

Find your GPA on the scale and you must score at or above the ACT score next to it to be eligible for DI sports. DII requires 2.0 GPA and 68 ACT.
