Functional Responsibility: Performs standardized or prescribed assignments involving documentation of systems and a sequence of related operations. Follows standard work methods or explicit instructions; technical adequacy of routine work is reviewed on completion; non-routine work may also be reviewed in progress. Assembles or constructs equipment and parts; prepares specimens; services, repairs, and operates equipment. Installs equipment as required by specific directives in the functional areas assigned.

System Integration Engineer

Education: B.S. Degree with major technical courses. Must have some knowledge of electronics, IT, audio/video technology and basics of video conferencing system. Three (3) years of experience in related field.

Functional Responsibility: Designs technical solutions, engineering designs and accurate cost estimate to meet client requirements. Researches solutions and product alternatives, and also

coordinates with field engineer and client to ensure technical service requirements are accurate.

System Configurator

Education: Minimum a 2-year Associate Degree. Three (3) years of experience in related field. Specialized training or education may be substituted for experience.

Functional Job Responsibilities: Performs systems diagnose on audio/video equipment to determine malfunctions and/or reasons for inoperability. Performs repairs/service returning equipment to pre-determined state of operability.

Control System Programmer

Education: B.S. Degree in control systems discipline. Three (3) years of experience in related field.

Functional Responsibility: Provides control system design and programming for AMX and Crestron. Possesses experience in audiovisual systems design.

Operational Trainer

Education: Minimum 2-year Associate Degree in engineering major. Three (3) years of experience.
