CP 9th: Vocabulary DirectionsGo to: or get the link from our class website at: mrsnicolehamilton.Click on “Vocabulary Workshop Book Level”Click on “Level D” and the unit we are currently working on.We will study 20 words every two weeks. I suggest you study 10 words one week and the remaining 10 words the following week. You can learn and practice the words by doing the different exercises on the website. I suggest you start by learning the definitions, so go to “Learning Definitions” and/or “Reverse Definitions” first. Note that if you get a question wrong, it asks you the question again later until you get it right! At the end it will show you how many you got right/wrong, etc. It also shows you how most students who take this test do. It asks at the bottom if you want to email the results to anyone – you may want to send them to yourself – it is a list of the words and definitions! But DO NOT send these to me. You may also choose to print this page out as it has the entire list of words for the week with the definitions. When you are done looking at the results, you can click on “Vocab. Test Main” at the top and it will bring you back to the main screen so you can try another test, exercise, or game.We will be completing vocabulary activities in class and every two weeks on a Friday, we will have a quiz on 20 words (Units have a total of 20 words).
