ANSI Conferences Illuminate Standards, the Law and the Globalization of Personnel (October 7, 2005)

ANSI welcomed members, constituents, consumers and standards executives for two conferences held during World Standards Week 2005 in Washington, DC. Plenary Meeting of the ANSI Homeland Security Standards Panel Demonstrates Years of Remarkable Progress (October 3, 2005)

“Standards are the vital underpinnings of homeland security efforts to develop the technologies we need to prepare for, protect against and respond to all manner of high-consequence events,” says Dr. Charles McQueary, Under Secretary, DHS S&T Directorate.
