If you move, you can take your business with you anywhere in the United States. You can sell your products to clients all over the United States, not just where you live

5. Training Available

You have the opportunity to attend training on a weekly basis. You will learn new marketing ideas to help your business grow and also develop new friendships

6. Tax Benefits

You are self-employed so you are able to deduct your business expenses

I am here as your mentor and business coach, not your boss

Let’s chat about how we make money in Mary Kay…

1. Skincare Classes & Facials

We buy our products for $1 and sell them for $2.

Average class has 3-4 guests

Average class sales are $150-$200

Average class takes approx 2 hours

Average Gross Profit per class is $75-$100

2. Reorders

Our products are consumable, so once you develop clients they continue to reorder their favorites from you because you are providing excellent client service

3. Team-Building

Mary Kay pays you commission based on the products your team members order from the company

Team of 1-3 Active Consultants (4% Commission)

Team of 5+ Active Consultants (9 - 13% Commission)

4. Directorship

Leadership position…You are a business coach and mentor to a group of 30+ women.

There are many women earning 100,000 + a year in this position
