Install Note:

Step1: To remove existing guard, loosen the front screws, but do not remove.

Step2: Remove rear screws and lower the guard from the vehicle.

Step3: Remove rear mounting brackets as shown in picture 2. You will need to keep the OEM nuts to re-attach the new skid plate.

Step4: Identify the new brackets (short and long version), as shown in Diagram 1.

Step5: Install driver side bracket (long version), and passenger side (short version) to the frame as installed.

Step6: Install cover plate and both brackets using spring nuts as shown in Diagram 1.

Step7: Raise the new skid plate up. Align loosened front screws with notches in front of the skid plate, and slide forward, as shown

in picture 1.

Step8: Install screws through the holes at the rear of the skid plate, into the spring nuts on the new brackets and tighten.

Step9: Tighten the 2 screws at the front of the skid plate.
