|SECTION ONE: GENERAL ENTITLEMENTS OVERVIEW |

|All full time, part time and (eligible) regular casual medical staff who have a minimum of 12 months continuous service within the Victorian Public Health |
|Service are eligible for parental leave as per below table: |
