Key Dates for Chelsea Art Sale

• 20 Nov : start showing online exhibition. Also sart to deliver 5000 flyers to door to door in rich Chelsea area.

• 3 Dec (Mon) …11:00 am -1:00 pm = bring works to the show room

• 4 Dec (Tue) …Exhibition open.

• 5 (Wed) Dec. 5:00 pm – 8:00 pm …Private view & Christmas party.

• Show room open: 9:30 am -8:00 pm (Tue – Thu) 9:30 am – 5:00 pm (Fri, Sat)

• 9 Dec (Sun) : Close at 1:00 pm and pack. Please come to collect your work.

How to promote Art Sale ?

1) Show all works at online gallery (20 Nov – 30 Dec) to support sales.

2) Use door to door flyer delivery service to distribute 5000 flyers in Chelsea area

3) Hand out flyers to people passing by (front of show room, station etc)

4) EWAAC will invite potential buyers from mailing list.

Terms & Conditions

• When the work is sold, EWAAC will take 20% and artist will take 80% but artist will pay shipping costs if the buyer lives overseas.

• EWAAC will handle all works carefully but not take responsibility for any accidental loss or damage during and outside exhibition.

• If the work is not sold and if you cannot come to collect, we will ship back to artist’s address or dispose upon request. ( for photography and digital art work).

• This event is only for our members (Premium or EWAL Artist) so if you are not member please join now.
