I/We understand that protective equipment does not prevent all injuries to players, and so hereby waive, release, absolve, indemnify, and agree to hold harmless Red Bluff Youth Football and Cheer, NorCalFed, the organizers, sponsors, supervisors, participants, board members, coaches, trainers, emergency personnel and persons transporting my/our child to and from activities, from any claim arising out of an injury to said child, whether the result of negligence or for any other cause.Initial*Football Only*I/We agree to return all equipment signed out to my player at a date and time set by the RBYF Board of Directors or when asked for, whichever comes first. I/We agree to reimburse RBYF at full replacement value for any equipment not returned in as good condition as when issued, except for normal wear and tear. The "Parent Pack" contains: the 2017 schedule; RBYF Rules; Facility Usage; Info. about water for my child; Practice Schedule; Playing Time; Game Times; Worker Bond Info.; Insurance; RBYF Refund Policy; and Football Equipment Replacement Costs.Initial*Media Release*I/We hereby consent to the participation in interviews, the use of quotes, and the taking of photographs, movies or video tapes of the participant named above by RBYF. I also grant to the right to edit, use, and reuse said products for nonprofit purposes including use in print, on the internet, and all other forms of media.
