ORDERS Minimum opening order is $250.00. Net orders for less will be returned.

Prices subject to change without notice.

DAMAGES AND CREDIT All damages must be noted on the freight bill when merchandise is delivered. Please inspect and count products upon delivery. Do not dispose of damaged items without approval from the customer service department.

Merchandise may not be returned without written authorization. Merchandise without authorization will be refused.

All claims must be made within 10 days of receipt of order. Please call customer service at (320) 847-1210 with all claims.

FOB point is Clara City, MN (56222)

We accept payment via check, wire transfer or credit card (VISA, MasterCard and American Express). No COD.

Terms are available and subject to approval. An Impact Innovations, Inc. credit application must be completed and signed for all applications to be processed.

Products will be back ordered unless we receive notice to cancel back orders; ask your sales or customer service representative for more information. On freight prepaid orders, back-ordered products will be shipped once the minimum order value is achieved.
