How Fee Reductions will be Applied



Volunteer Reward ProgramRangers Netball Club aims at ensuring that when someone volunteers, it is a positive and rewarding experience. Under our new Constitution (adopted Nov 2014) and Bylaws, clear rules and guidelines are provided so you can undertake a specific task within a designated timeframe. With our new rules in play, we are 100% committed to valuing our most valued resource - YOU, our volunteer “workforce”. Our Volunteer Reward Program gives you have the opportunity to reduce your fees while assisting the club with any of the 124 identified positions (76 regular and 49 one-off volunteers) required to run the club efficiently. Simply, your fees will have an additional $60 ‘Volunteer Pass’ per family. If you volunteer for any of the volunteer positions listed below, you will receive the relevant $ reductions and rewards as listed in the tables. We understand with time constraints on families it can be difficult to find the time so for those who are unable to volunteer, you can do this guilt free by purchasing the Volunteer Pass. Volunteer PositionsTo be eligible for a volunteer position and subsequent reduction, you will need to complete the ‘Club Volunteer Application Form’ available in the ‘Application Pack’ on the club’s website under ‘Policies’. Volunteers, who have taken on the one-off volunteer roles, are required to sign the ‘Volunteer’ register when the assigned duty is complete. The club will rebate general volunteers on two occasions within the season into the nominated bank account.Sponsorship RebateYou will be required to email the details to rangersnetballclub@.au for committee approval. Please ensure the company is not contacted until you have been given the green light from the President. Once the funds have been deposited in the Club’s account your rebate will be forwarded to your nominated bank account.‘Get Started’ VoucherOn receipt of the voucher we will credit or refund the value of the voucher to the nominated bank account.Volunteer Applications Timeframes‘Management Committee Position Application Forms’ will be required 48 hours before the AGM. Members will determine these positions at the AGM in accordance with the Constitution.‘Before Season Volunteers’ will be called for in September of each year and will be selected by Management before the AGM. ‘Team/General Volunteers’ will be opened 2 weeks prior to winter season sign-on.Members 2019 Fee Payment SystemOn sign-on all members who have not been allocated a ‘Before Season or Management Committee Role’ will be required to pay the Full Fee and the Family Volunteer Pass.
