AWARENESS OF THE TIME COMMITMENTAccepting the All-Star Manager position requires the attendance of all the scheduled practices and games in their entirety. Practices are held on a consistent basis starting approximately June 8th through tournament play. Games start approximately the second week in June and can extend to beginning of August at locations throughout CA. The Majors and Juniors Division has the potential to run to late August (beginning of the school year) if the team moves to Regional’s and the Little League World Series possibly located out of State. Any absences must be disclosed prior to the 2019 All-Star Manager Selection. If in the event an unexcused absence cannot be avoided, the manager/coach may be replaced with an alternate manager/coach for the remainder of the All-Star tournament season. Managers will carry the team affidavit book at all practices, games, and All-Star team activities. All 2019 All-Star Teams will be required to do Snack Bar Duties and possibly Umpire Duties for other All-Star Tournaments located at Tehachapi Little League. ______________________________________________________________________________________MANAGER/COACH SIGNATUREDATE ................
