CAREER RESUME Please provide (as a separate document) a personal career resume profiling your education, employment history, professional affiliations, professional honors or recognitions, significant career accomplishments or milestones, and any other relevant information you’d like to include about you and your work. Most standard personal career resumes are sufficient for this purpose.

Career Resume Requirements

Include the information noted in the paragraphs above.

Do not exceed two single-sided pages in length

Please do not include photographs or graphics in this document as they are not readily transportable to our assessors.

• Do not provide “marketing pieces” such as the following in support of this requirement. These documents are usually not acceptable for this purpose:

➢ A “corporate resume” about your company that includes the work, credentials, or accomplishments of people within your company in addition to yours

➢ A brief “bio” that is oriented as a marketing document

➢ Marketing brochures or press releases

➢ Any additional materials other than the document requested above

Please provide your Career Resume in one of the following document formats.

Microsoft Word (.doc)

Adobe Acrobat Portable Document Format (.pdf)

Text or Rich Text Format (.txt, .rtf)

Most word processors are capable of saving documents in one of these formats.
