10. NEW BUSINESS:

A. Expenses in the amount of $1,400.00 to BioPure for sanitizing City Hall for the months of July, August, September and October

B. Expenses for electrical supplies for work in preparation for LPRF grant project (quotes approved last month were only valid for 30 days and had expired)

Quotes received from: Graybar: $3,709.59

City Electric Supply: $3,772.29

C. Expenses to Lose Design for professional services for the LPRF grant from June 20, 2020 to July 26, 2020 in the amount of $2,040.00

D. Approval to surplus city owned property at the corner of Bell Street and Pleasant View Main Street, with a minimum bid amount (to be specified in the motion)

E. Approval to move budgeted funds within the police department line items in the amount of $1,041.50 from Operating Expense 42100-320 to Capital Outlay 42100-900. This is to cover the difference in the price of the Ford Explorer Police Interceptor.

F. Expenses to Ford of Murfreesboro in the amount of $33,541.50 for a 2020 Ford Explorer Police Interceptor (State Wide Contract 209).

G. Expenses not to exceed $20,700 for accessories for new Ford Explorer Police Interceptor (includes radios, radar, in car camera system, paint, lights, striping, etc.).

H. Expenses not to exceed $2,100.00 to Rod’s, Inc. to purchase three (3) sets of tires for police vehicles.

I. Approval of bids for LPRF Park Grant (bid sheet attached)

J. Expenses not to exceed $2,500.00 for building materials for picnic shelter at the beginning of the Ellis walking trail.

K. Resolution 20-07 A RESOLUTION REPEALING RESOLUTION 11-03 IN ITS ENTIRETY (A RESOLUTION ADOPTING A NEW PERSONNEL POLICY FOR THE TOWN OF PLEASANT VIEW, TENNESSEE) AND ALL OF ITS AMENDMENTS, AND REPLACING IT WITH A NEW PERSONNEL POLICY UPDATED JULY 2020 BY RESOLUTION 20-07

L. Resolution 20-08 A RESOLUTION DECLARING SEPTEMBER 2020 AS SUICIDE PREVENTION AWARENESS MONTH, TENNESSEE SUICIDE PREVENTION NETWORK 20TH ANNIVERSARY
