AAA/FCA Group Rebate Request for New 2021 Model Year Vehicles

This offer is available to AAA SERVICE PROVIDERS ONLY through a special alliance with FCA Group, LLC. VEHICLES MUST BE PURCHASED THROUGH AN AUTHORIZED FCA GROUP DEALER IN THE U.S. TO QUALIFY FOR INCENTIVES. PURCHASES MADE THROUGH TOW TRUCK DEALERS ARE INELIGIBLE FOR THIS PROGRAM.

AAA Service Provider: Through the AAA-FCA (Fiat Chrysler Automobiles) vehicle purchase program you can purchase new vehicles at a savings of up to $8,700 off dealer invoice pricing. To take advantage of this program here's all you need to do:

Use the AAA club rebate request form and Savings Detail sheet to view off-invoice and

cash-back savings on various 2021 FCA Group vehicle models (including trucks and cab chassis) through the AAA - FCA Group vehicle purchase program.

Take the purchase instructions insert to your local participating FCA Group dealer,

and make your vehicle selection. The insert instructs the dealer how to process your purchase under AAA/Club FAN 00B2B and Program I.D. Number 37AMF-2021 model year vehicles, to ensure you get the AAA program pricing. Think of it as your passport to exclusive AAA pricing! Vehicles purchased at tow truck distributors (i.e. Miller Industries, etc.) are NOT ELIGIBLE for this incentive.

Once you've taken delivery of your new vehicle, complete the AAA rebate form. Submit your

AAA rebate request form and a copy of your sales receipt to the AAA National Office to receive your $100 cash-back rebate from AAA and FCA Group, LLC. Rebate forms must be postmarked within 90 days from purchase date to qualify for rebates.

OFFER CONDITIONS:

1) Purchasers must notify the FCA Group dealer of their affiliation with AAA at the time of purchase. The AAA FAN (Fleet Account Number) 00B2B and Program I.D. Number 37AMF-2021 must be given to dealer at the time of purchase in order to earn the FCA Group V.I.P. incentive amounts. Failure to provide this information at the time of purchase will result in forfeiture of the AAA V.I.P. incentives.

2) A copy of the sales agreement must be attached to this form in order to process the incentive/rebate request. Incentive/ rebate requests received that are not fully completed or are without sales agreements attached will be returned to clubs.

3) Rebate requests must be postmarked/mailed to the AAA National Office within 90 days from the purchase delivery date. Rebate requests submitted after 90 days will be ineligible and rebates will be forfeited. Incentives paid based on dealers' original order date

4) Please allow four to eight weeks to receive your rebate check. Checks will be issued to clubs exactly as listed on the attached sales agreement.

5) The FCA Group Off Invoice incentive is applicable to new 2021 model year vehicles purchased on or after 06/01/20 through authorized FCA Group dealers and cannot be combined with any other retail or commercial account programs. RAM Trucks purchased at tow truck distributors are not eligible for this incentive.

6) AAA savings details on 2021 FCA Group vehicle models also can be viewed on the AICWEB Automotive/Preferred Suppliers/Benefit Programs/FCA Group (Chrysler) Vehicle Purchase Program. Incentives paid will be based on the dealers' original order date.

7) This offer is only available to AAA service providers in the US and may be modified or withdrawn at any time without prior written notice. This offer is not transferable and may not be combined with any other FCA Group (Chrysler) incentive.
