Citi India consumer banking customers are now served by Axis Bank. Citi India has transferred ownership of its consumer banking business to Axis Bank (registration number L65110GJ1993PLC020769). Consumer banking customers can continue to use all existing Citi products and/or services, branches, ATMs, internet banking and Citi Mobile? App as usual. Axis Bank is the provider of Citi branded consumer banking products in India temporarily and Citi India is providing certain services in respect of those products. The trademarks "Citi", "Citibank", "Citigroup", the Arc design and all similar trademarks and derivations thereof are used temporarily under license by Axis Bank from Citigroup Inc. and related group entities.

Terms and Conditions

Axis Bank ("Bank") and MakeMyTrip ("MMT") are extending certain offers (hereinafter referred to as "Offers"), as detailed under, for the above-mentioned Offer Period to all individuals holding valid Citi-branded Credit and Debit cards (hereinafter referred as "Card") issued in India, except Citi-branded Corporate Credit cards (hereinafter referred to "Customers").

Details of the Offer:

International Flights Offer

? 10% instant savings on international flight bookings. ? Maximum instant savings up to Rs 7,500 per card ? Minimum booking amount: Rs 20,000

Detailed Terms and Conditions

? Offer is valid for international flight booking done between 00:00 hours to 23:59 hours on every Saturday during the Offer Period.

? The international flight offer is valid only on one transaction per card per month during the offer period. ? The offer will be valid on bookings made on MakeMyTrip website, Android & iOS App ("MakeMyTrip Platform")

only ? The offer is valid on one way and return flights originating from India only. ? The customer must enter the promo code `CITISUPER' on the MakeMyTrip Platform ? Instant savings will be calculated on the basis of booking id excluding convenience fee. ? The offer cannot be availed with MMT gift cards. ? Offer is not applicable on partial payments, payments made through My Wallet (MakeMyTrip Wallet - bonus

amount), 3rd party wallets, Book Now Pay later, payback points, COD, Pay Pal, and net banking payments.

International Hotels Offer

? Up to 15% Instant savings (up to INR 20,000) for hotels ? The offer is valid for bookings made on the MakeMyTrip Platform only ? Offer is valid for international hotel bookings done between 00:00 hours to 23:59 hours on every Saturday

during the Offer Period. ? The customer must enter the promo code `MMTCITIINT' in the Deal Code field on the MakeMyTrip

Platform. ? Offer is applicable only on selected international hotel properties. ? Offer to be calculated on hotel base price (pre-tax price) ? Offer is not applicable if the hotel is booked using the pay-at-hotel or Book Now pay later option.

Detailed Terms and Conditions

? The Offers are only valid on bookings made using Citi-branded Credit and Debit cards issued in India. ? The Offers are NOT applicable on Citi-branded corporate credit cards.

? Add-on cards will be treated as separate cards.

? The Offers are also valid on EMI transactions on Credit Card ? Bank merchant EMI Terms & Conditions will be applicable on EMI transactions as mentioned at:

? Instant savings will be calculated on each Booking ID and not on the number of transactions. ? Products and services are subject to availability. ? Offers are not valid on payments made through PayPal account, Pay with Points redemption and Cash on

Delivery (COD). ? For any card related claims/ issues, the Customer shall approach Bank and MakeMyTrip shall not entertain any

such claims. ? For any flight related issues, the Customer shall approach MakeMyTrip and Bank shall not entertain any such

claims. ? The Customer cannot club any other offers along with this offer on the same booking ID. The Offer cannot be

transferred/ assigned to any other person or Customer. ? The Customer shall not be entitled to instant savings in the event of cancellation of booking. If the Customer

cancels the travel service purchase after the instant savings amount is provided, MakeMyTrip will refund the purchase price after deducting the instant savings amount and any other applicable cancellation charges/penalty. For example, if a Customer has paid Rs. 10,000/- (price quoted by MakeMyTrip) for a travel service and a instant savings of Rs. 1,000 has been provided to the customer, the net amount paid by the Customer is Rs. 9,000. Thus, if the Customer cancels the booking, MakeMyTrip will deduct the cancellation charge/penalty from Rs. 9, 000/- and the balance amount will be credited to the Customer's account. ? In the event of rescheduling, the Customer shall bear the fare difference (regardless of whether the component is in the base fare or in tax + surcharge) and other applicable rescheduling fees. ? User Agreement and Privacy Policy at MakeMyTrip website shall apply. ? Customers, who are Travel Agents by occupation, are barred from making bookings for their customers and MakeMyTrip reserves the right to deny the Offers against such bookings and to cancel such bookings. For such cases, MakeMyTrip will not refund the booking amount. ? MakeMyTrip will be entitled to reject any claim in case there is any abuse/misuse of the Offer by the Customer or the claim is not eligible under the Offers. ? Bank and MakeMyTrip reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether. ? The T&Cs of the Offers shall be governed by the laws of India. Disputes, if any, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts/tribunals in New Delhi only. ? Any disputes regarding delivery, service, suitability, merchantability, availability or quality of the Offers and/or products/services under the Offer must be addressed in writing, by the Customers directly to MakeMyTrip and that Bank shall not entertain any communication in this regard.

? Bank shall in no way be liable if any Customer is unable to login to MakeMyTrip due to incompatibility of device, internet usage plans, or any other reason whatsoever.

? The Offers are valid only if the Customer's card account continues to be in good standing and payment continues to reach Bank before the payment due date.

? Bank, its group entities, or affiliates, their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, vendors, shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that may be suffered, or for any personal injury that may be suffered or incurred, by the Customers, directly or indirectly, as a result of participating in Offers or by the use or nonuse, acceptance or decline or suitability or effectiveness of the services pertaining to the Offers.

? Nothing herein amounts to a commitment or representation by Bank or MakeMyTrip to conduct further such Offers.

? If the Offer and/or anything to be done by Bank or MakeMyTrip in respect of the Offer is prevented or delayed by causes, circumstances or events beyond the control of Bank or MakeMyTrip, including but not limited to computer viruses, tampering, unauthorised intervention, interception, fraud, technical failures, floods, fires, accidents, earthquakes, riots, explosions, wars, hostilities, acts of government or other causes of like or similar or other character beyond the control of Bank or the other entity/ies, then Bank and/or MakeMyTrip shall not be liable for the same to the extent so prevented or delayed, and will not be liable for any consequences.

? Bank shall in no way be liable if any Customer is unable to login to MakeMyTrip app or website due to incompatibility of device, internet usage plans, or any other reason whatsoever.

? Customers are not bound in any way to participate in this offer. Such participation is voluntary and is deemed as acceptance of the terms and conditions mentioned herein. By participating in the offer, the Customers agree to be bound by the terms & conditions contained herein. Without a Customer being required to do any further act, he/she shall be deemed to have read, understood and unconditionally accepted the terms & conditions herein. The Offer Terms & Conditions need to be read in conjunction with the detailed Bank Card member Terms & Conditions, Most important terms and conditions (MITC), Bank Account T&Cs and terms governing the use of Bank credit/debit cards and/or Bank website.

Payment of fees/service charges/all other amounts due from the Customer to Bank from usage of credit/debit cards by the Customer under this Offer and/or otherwise will be governed by Bank Account Terms & Conditions, the Card member Terms and Conditions and MITC. Customer can also view the complete terms and conditions on the online portal .

? Any query regarding the offer will be entertained till 31st January,2024. Post such date, or Bank will not entertain any correspondence or communication regarding this Program from any customers/persons.
