DOTTIE LOCKE IMAGINING POSSIBILITIES SCHOLARSHIP

One $1,000 scholarship is available and will be awarded to a young woman who is ready to leave foster care or a group home and preparing to live independently.

AGREEMENT

I understand that my application and supporting information become the property of SI Chico and they shall have discretionary authority in all matters pertaining to this scholarship.

I authorized to use photographs taken during the presentation of the award for promotion through printed materials, electronic media, and website. It is understood that there is no compensation for use of these photo images.

I also understand that SI Chico is aware and sensitive to issues of confidentiality regarding information contained in my application and letters of reference.
