Messages will be frequently monitored and calls returned promptly between 8:00-6:00 p.m. everyday. Emails can be sent to animal@ for general, non-urgent questions. If there is an urgent situation between those hours, follow the driveway to the side door and ring the doorbell for assistance. Services available by appointment:Reclaiming a lost pet – check our Facebook page and for new strays brought inBringing in a (healthy) stray animalInjured or sick stray animals should be taken to the 24 hour VCA Animal Care Center Emergency Clinic, located at 6470 Redwood Drive – south of RP Expressway behind the Olive Garden.We are not taking in owner surrendered animals at this time to keep our population low. If there is an urgent situation that requires surrender of your animal, please call for an appointment, 584-1582.Please note there is no evidence at this time that animals are a carrier of, or can become sick with, the Covid-19 virus.We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
