“What I Learned in 7th Grade Science from A – Z”
For this project, you will be completing an ABC children’s storybook about what you learned in science class this year.
Your book must include:
• A cover
• Title Page
• A page for each letter of the alphabet
You will get some class time to work on the project.
Each letter” page should include:
• The letter of the alphabet
• A word starting with that letter (Ex: “A” is for autotroph)
• A picture representing the word
• 2-5 sentences explaining the word you chose (Don’t just give the book definition)
The words need to be related to something that you learned in science this year. (Look in your packets for vocabulary words)

This project is worth a TEST grade in Science based on the following:
Each letter of the alphabet is represented 10
Each page includes a colorful/attractive illustration of the concept 20
Each letter includes a definition of the concept 20
Each letter includes a description of how it connects to class 20
Concepts are from all units studied this year/shows an understanding 20
Spelling and grammar 10
