Exterior Combination Doors: Inswing Door w/ Storm Door attached.

The following doors are most of the combination doors for a mobile home. All mobile home door sizes are based on the rough opening of hole (door with the door jamb included).

To get the correct measurement, it is suggested that you pull back the trim on the inside of the home to expose the door jamb and measure from outside doorjamb to outside door jamb for both the width and height.

An easier way to measure for the correct size is, from the outside, to measure just the door on the storm door itself (the door that is going to swing when you open it) and add two inches to the width and one inch to the height. So if the rough opening is 34x76, the storm door itself will measure 32x75.

To correctly determine if you have a left or right, stand on the outside of the home and face the door and if the hinges are on the left then you have a left hand door, if the hinges are on the right then you have a right hand door.

There are other combinations with a different kind of storm door. It just depends on the size you need.
