However, due to the unknown hereditary and environmental causes of such faults, no guarantee will be given against them.You will have three weeks to take your puppy to your veterinarian for his/her second booster check up. At this time, if your vet believes this puppy is suffering from a hereditary/genetic fault, you may bring the puppy back and choose a puppy from a different litter. We will require a copy of your vet’s report before we replace the puppy. If you have received a registration form for your puppy, it must be returned along with the original puppy, and if the puppy has already been registered in your name, then you must re-transfer full ownership of the puppy to us.The buyer agrees the prefix “Gap View’s” will be at the beginning of the puppy’s registered name. The prefix will already be entered on the puppy’s registration papers.The puppy will leave the seller with his/her first DHPP vaccination, a physical exam by the seller’s veterinarian, a written health record, and an information packet on puppy care.The buyer understands and agrees that said dog is current on all required vaccinations and will continue the same for said dog as long as they own the dog.The puppy is sold to you as a member of your family and is not to be tied outside and left without proper care. This dog will be provided with proper nutrition as well as adequate amounts of clean water and proper veterinary care.This dog will be given regular exercise to keep him/her in good physical condition, which benefits both dog and owner. Dogs kept in good physical condition have less health problems, especially the kinds that are caused by being overweight.If for any reason the buyer is not able to keep this dog, for his/her full life expectancy, then the buyer is to notify the breeder once they have made the decision, and they agree to return said dog back to the seller at this time. We love our Goldens and want to know the homes and conditions that they are in; therefore we require that the dog be returned back to the seller in the event that you, the buyer, are not fortunate enough to keep the dog. No refund will be provided in this case; however we will house the dog at no charge to you until a new family can be found to adopt him/her. If the puppy has already been registered in your name, then you must re-transfer full ownership of the puppy to us.The buyers assume complete responsibility of care and ownership upon receipt of this Golden and will do their best to give the dog a fun and loving home in return for many years of Golden companionship.Because of the services, time, effort, love, care, etc… that we put into raising our puppies before they are taken to their new homes, 24/7, 365 days a year, all deposits are non-refundable. If in any case, for reasons out of our control, where either (a) the dam of the litter you are on the list for does not conceive or (b) the dam does not provide us with enough puppies as names on the list, you will be moved to your next available preference, or transfer your name to another future litter, however, no refund will be provided.If you have any questions for our reasoning, please feel free to ask us!
