04 FEB 2021181 ISRG – February UTAWelcome to Virtual February drill! This drill will be conducted on ProBoards, CVR Teams, Adobe Live, and Zoom. Instructions for gaining access are below. The first half of each day allows for members to accomplish any Wing, Group, and/or Squadron expectations on the members own schedule. It is the responsibility of each member to communicate with your flight leadership throughout the drill weekend in order to determine what tasks need to be accomplished. The second half of each day has training events provided by ACC, DOMRES, QM, AET, OSX and our Weapons Officer. These training events will have CFETP/JQS items attached with 623a statements for personnel to have included in their training records at the completion of drill. The Publicly Available Information (PAI) class is available to any member who has not yet accomplished it. If the member has previously completed PAI, there are a variety of other structured academics being provided. Finally, ensure that each member “checks in” and “out” at the beginning and end of each day on the ProBoards website and completes the Wing Attendance Form for reporting of what was accomplished each day. *Be sure to take 1 hour each day and do your physical fitness*Mandatory Items: Time is allotted the first four hours of each day to work on Mandatory Items, troubleshooting any comm issues relating to CVR Teams, Octane, Proboards, and Zoom.(ATAG) BG Renwick Town Hall Live Sunday at 1000 on FB Live. Supervisor Safety takes precedence as this town hall will be recorded and rebroadcasted. (Wing) Supervisor Safety Training: 2 hrs, offered on Saturday and Sunday, pick one. For all SSgt and above that have not yet completed this training. A roster will be available on proboards to identify if you have completed this training (look for “completion date”). (Wing) CBRN Defense Training: 1hr ADLS due every 36 months to be re-hacked this UTA if you will expire prior to June of 2022.(Squadron) EPRs/OPRs(Squadron) RED ARCNet itemsISRG Offered Training: These courses are given at specified times throughout drill, and are available for all Intelligence Analysts to attend. JIT training will be one of the factors considered when selecting ISRG Airmen for DOMRES EMAC or federal support to emergencies and natural disasters. DSG may have the option to us AT/ST days to attend the one week JIT/IAA course. Please see your supervisors to determine if this course is an option.
