Package Includes:
• Feed tank run-permissive sensor (supplied loose)
• Inlet Buffer Tank and Regulator Assembly
• Intercoolers and aftercooler
• Oil and water separators after the stages
• Safety valve after each stage
• 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th stage pressure gauges
• Solenoid valves (115 V / 50 Hz) for automatic drainage of the separators
• Unloaded starting relief and automatic condensate drain system
• Condensate demister to easily dispose of condensate drainage
• Assembly of compressor and electric motor
• Resilient mounts including drainage hoses and air/gas outlet hose
• 400/3/50 electric motor with IP 55 (TEFC) protection
• Non-return valve mounted to air/gas outlet hose
• Low oil pressure shutdown switch
• High air/gas temperature shutdown switch mounted at the air/gas outlet of the compressor
• Final gas filtration for oil free gas delivery
• Compressor control system (including motor starter) for starting/stopping the compressor, and monitoring the oil level, air/gas outlet temperature and outlet pressure of the compressor
• Complete package wired and mounted on a skid, and enclosed in a sound dampening canopy
• Air/gas pressure sensor for automatic start/stop
Standard warranty is 15 months from date of shipment or 12 months after initial installation and start-up, whichever comes first. Ask your Sauer USA representative if your project requires an extended or alternative warranty period.

Operation:
• AUTO automatic - Start / Stop ( based on suction (feed) and final system pressure)
• HAND manual Start – auto Stop / manual Stop (e.g. Servicing)

• Auto-unloaded Start(programmable - ‘normal’ 15 s)
• Periodic drainage (programmable - ‘normal dry gas’ every 30 min. for 5 s)
• Feed gas Start / Stop (gas suction pressure sensor control)
• Suction gas solenoid shut-off valve (NC) (open on Start/close on Stop)
• Final system Stop / Start (gas final pressure sensor control)
