The Human Resources Managers will consult with employees and management on all aspects of the employment lifecycle including employee relations, payroll, benefits administration, performance management, compensation management, training, compliance, and employee engagement.?DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESWorks closely with employees and management to apply Aeroflow policies and procedures across the organization. Collaborate with the Director of Human Resources, HR Generalist, and company leadership to update policies and procedures as necessary to reinforce Aeroflow’s brand, culture, and core values.?Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase engagement and retention of talent to support a high performance and dynamic culture.Review payroll and conduct pay variance analysis relative to prior periods. Serve as backup to HR Generalist for bi-weekly payroll processing.?Partner with the recruiting and talent acquisition team to facilitate effective offer, onboarding, and orientation of new employees.?Ensure all procedures concerning promotions, transfers, terminations, and resignations are carried through within Company policy, legal standards, and HR best practices.?Work with the Director of Human Resources to continue to develop and implement scalable practices, policies, and procedures for an extremely fast-growing company.?Conduct HR investigations and make recommendations to Director for corrective action planning.Ensure employee annual appraisals are completed as per Company policy and review all appraisal and follow up on development needs, if required.?Provide detailed reporting and HR analysis as requested. Interpret data and make suitable recommendations based on objective information.Ensure timely response to any claim, court issued documentation, or other report requiring Human Resource approval, action, or contribution.Responsible for maintaining compliance with all local, state and federal laws and company policy requirementsIn partnership with the HR Generalist and under the supervision of the Director of HR, will administer all employee benefits programs; including, but not limited to medical, dental, vision, disability, life, retirement, PTO/Vacationas well as participate in any internal or statutory audits and testing, etc.?Carry out effective employee relations strategy including coordination of employee events, outings, parties, staff and/or management meetings.?Ensure a collaborative, diverse, and inclusive work environment for everyone. Participate in Inclusion & Diversity Coalition meetings and support D&I efforts across the organization.?Complete HR internal audits, review necessary adjustments, and make recommendations for improvement.?Ensure a safe working environment for all employees, including effective management of protocols related to the COVID-19 pandemic.?Maintain confidentiality with sensitive information.?Supervise HR Generalist and HR Administrative Assistant.?Maintain HIPAA/patient confidentiality.Employee has an individual responsibility for knowledge of and compliance with laws, regulations, and policiesCompliance is a condition of employment and is considered an element of job performancePerform other duties as assigned.?QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is requiredMinimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources Operations including pay and benefits administration, performance management, compliance, and reporting. Previous supervisory experience required.Experience in a fast-paced, ever-changing, rapidly-growing company with a minimum of 350 employees.?Experience with payroll and benefits administration; including pay & pay variance analysis, administration of a partially self-funded health plan, ongoing pay and benefits benchmarking, and benefits compliance. Experience with 401k compliance and annual non-discrimination testing required.Ability to understand complex human resources concerns, develop creative and effective solutions that follow legal and HR best practices, and communicate those solutions effectively to all appropriate parties.?Experience working with HRIS and payroll software. Experience with ADP, Ultimate Software, or Kronos is preferred but not required.Experience with systems migrations or implementations is preferred but not required.SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification preferredStrong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and make suitable recommendations based on concrete information. Extensive experience with MS Excel is required.?Ability to work effectively with all employees and management of different levels across the organization.?Proven knowledge of employment law and other regulatory requirements including DOL, EEOC, FMLA, FLSA, OSHA reporting, and ADA, among others.?Understanding of current COVID-related law and regulations including FFCRA and American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 as well as a willingness to stay updated on any future changes or additional legislation.?Understanding of healthcare laws and regulations applicable to healthcare companies, including but not limited to HIPAA.Exceptional written and verbal communications skills and the ability to communicate complex information to a diverse audience.Ability to establish and maintain trust and effective working relationships with all employees including managers and executive team.Ability to learn and understand the business operations from both a strategic and tactical perspective.?Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple responsibilities and time effectively.Motivated, self-starter, who can work with minimal supervision.?Strong organizational, analytical, written, and verbal communication skillsOutstanding interpersonal skills and ability to build effective working relationships with any team internally or externallyAbility to think creatively, critically and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, work environmentLocation: this role will be required to work on-site at Aeroflow’s corporate headquarters in Asheville, NC and may be required to travel (<10%) to other Aeroflow locations.?POSITION PERKS AND BENEFITSAt Aeroflow, we know it’s not all about what you can do for us.
